Is this a bug? Seems like all settings that with numbers involved are grey-out, can't figure out why.

A lot of things are unavailable in per game settings, currently. We're working on improving that, it's a very new feature.

Shade Boost might not enable until you tick the "Shade Boost" box to the left, filled like that means "default". But the rest I'm sure are as above.
