It doesn't work with any disc image in the game list.

Does it automatically detect a disc in the drive? Because I couldn't find a setting for it. 

I also see a "Change disc" option in "System" 'which is greyed out. How does that work?

Change disc functions when the game is running, however the "start disc" button isn't hooked up right now, so it is not functional currently.
