Full Version: "Suikoden V" lines when increasing the internal resolution in PCSX2
You're currently viewing a stripped down version of our content. View the full version with proper formatting.
I know that in PCSX2, increasing the internal resolution in some games will corrupt the graphic a bit and you will get lines on the screen, was this ever addressed for games like "Suikoden V"?

I feel like playing an RPG and I want to play "Suikoden V" since I've never played that game before and it was on my priority list for a while, I obviously want to play it with a higher resolution but I'm afraid the lines might ruin my enjoyment so, was a solution found for this issue?
Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

I was waiting for an official release of the next version but I will try the latest dev build and see if that one fixes the issue, thank you for helping mate.
We don't currently have fixes for Suikoden V, but if you get the latest version and make a GS Dump (from the debug menu), that'll put some files in the "snaps" folder, if you can upload those here, we can take a look and add it to a future update for you Smile

Excellent, that will certainly help! I will try the latest dev version a bit later today and provide you with those GS Dumps, thank you for all your help guys, I appreciate it!
