#Description: In all hardware renderers in PCSX2 v1.7, character shadows are broken and appear extremely large, this issue does not occur in the software renderer. Neither did it occur with hardware rendering in v1.6.0. I tired fiddling around with HW hacks in 1.7 but nothing I did seemed to change anything.
