Hi all! So I managed to fix the black outlines a bit with other suggested fixes but I cant seem to get over this offset texture, related to the outlines i guess. I'll also add that this only seem,s to occur to characters that have a power up aura around them, or characters that always "glow"

the special texture is probably breaking the alignment, you should set Software CLUT to "normal" instead.
