hi guys i want to be able to use the  GSDX plugin but i need to access plugin settings for this , im on nightly latest build 1.7.4268, i cant find it at all anywhere in settings  ? help please

Plugin system was already removed and the individual plugins were already merged within the emulator long ago when it still using the WX GUI system. To still able to use the plugin, use the old 1.6.0. But if I may ask, why are you still want to use the old plugin system?

and is there any input lag reduction when using it non fullscreen ?
