Also, since you have an i7 and are using GSDx, try running in DX10 software mode and using either 6 or 7 SW Render threads. You should still be able to get very good speeds with the added bonus of higher emulation accuracy(less glitches)

For some reason my game doesnt have that option? any patches to fix it?

GT4 doesn't properly/fully work yet. There is a guide on how to "enjoy GT4" Please try using search.

You are propably having a PAL version of the game. Only the NTSC version has the 480i option.
