Full Version: Telling me cheat file isn't found even though it definitely is there

I'm having a weird issue where PCSX2 isn't picking up my cheat file in the file location even though it's definitely there. anyone have any ideas?

I think the Japanese characters are the problem there.
Try using the portable install and set it to c:\pcsx2 instead
