How can I improve the FPS in old Call of Duty games like Finest Hour and Big Red One to eliminate graphical glitches and enjoy smooth gameplay without relying on harmful speed hacks?

CoD Games are a PITA to run
Setting EE Cycle Rate: 300% Overclock will make at least Finest Hour lock to 60 fps and not fluctuate down to 30 fps.
It might also help The Big Red One? Give it a shot and report back.
