Hey, I've got an i5 13600k clocked at 5.1GHz and I was wondering if I should have one of the affinity controls enabled in the emulation settings? It says its suggested for 12th gen and later, but there's like five different options and I'm unsure which one to pick.
You shouldn't need to set it unless you're having performance issues, and if you do... then you can try experiment with different ones to see if that helps with your problem. I suspect different setting may be more effect for each specific game and settings so there's no one magical answer and it really depends on your system and settings. In general if you are not having an issue, or there's no noticeable improvement when changing affinity, it's probably best to leave it disabled.
