Full Version: Turning on Vsync causes in-game slow motion

When I turn Vsync on, it slows my game down terribly, like slow motion. I’m getting screen tearing at even just native resolution which is why I need Vsync on. When I turn on Vsync the screen tearing goes away but the game becomes too slow to be playable. I have this game running and with the same settings in PCSX2 nightly on another PC with weaker hardware with no issues. I’ve compared settings, restored default settings, reinstalled PCSX2, to no avail. If someone here could help me figure this out I would be so grateful because I’m completely stumped.

Game: Neopets the Darkest Faerie
GPU: 3080 ti
Processor: Ryzen 9 3950x
Ram: 16 gb

Attempting to run it at 3x Native 1080p, with other settings set to default. Vertical sync is set to “Use the 3D application setting” in NVIDIA Control Panel and turning it to “On” doesn’t make a difference.
