Hello again! Sorry for the late. It's just that the variations of emulation speed bother me when i'm looking at cars in stores, when selecting a race... Nothing urgent to solve here, it's maybe on my side and maybe solved since, because it's been a while since i tried Vulkan.

As I said, dx11 is slowly dying (1nd will probably disappear soon as a renderer in pxsx2)
Better try vulkan in your case
I figured out that if I check the "start fullscreen" option in game display, there's no such problem.
