Try running from your original disc instead of iso

insert your physical dvd in your dvd reader and select "system->start disc"

your disc may be faulty, then
did it show any error when dumping it ?
did you use imgburn to do so ?

no i havent, but why should i use imgburn ? it reads it without one
because imgburn is known to be efficient when it comes to making an iso off your DVD
