I can't select any other option in the fullscreen mode box under graphics. It's basically stuck with "borderless fullscreen".
Is this a glitch, intentional or could my files be corrupted?
Only the Direct3D has the "exclusive fullscreen" modes
Others like OpenGL/Vulkan/Software only has Borderless.
I see, thanks. But are those options REAL exclusive fullscreen? I thought PCSX2 didn't have this.

In "Advanced" tab there's a toggle to switch between "Allowed" and "Disallowed" for exclusive fullscreen/flip model.
Might doing nothing on non-Direct3D renderers though.
