Couldn't perform the cheat codes during game.

Unlocking weapons levels 1-3, unlimited ammo, free shooting, max muscle, max health with money and armor, there weren't too many codes i used but I'm assuming all that you can punch in during the game.
How do you enter them on your real PS2 console ?
During the game, for the max health, money and armor code, it's R2 R1 L1 X Left Down Right Up Left Down Right Up
These same cheats are from code sites way before the emulation.
Ok. I have no idea since I'd not have this game, but it's worth a try : are you using savestates?
I made a
list with these in-game cheats a longer time ago. All in-game cheats work 100%. I just hope that the symbols are displayed correctly for each user.

I checked the link, these are the exact codes I'm talking about, they're not working.
