So, probably it's hard to see on an imagen, but regardless, here it is:



You see it best when you look at the floor, the sky, the wall behind's Ryder's car... It's like a comic effect, like if you were seeing the game like this:



Though not so visible, but it's still there.

I've touched everything, looked everywhere, but couldn't find a solution, I couldn't even find somebody else who had the same problem

Are you sure it is not a dithering or shader filter problem in the graphics settings?

It's dithering, you can turn that off in the graphics settings.
