Full Version: Pcsx2 wont play disc games

everytime when i try to play via disc it either does these:
1. boots me out to the menu
2. black screen when i try to fast boot

my version for the pcsx2 are
MacOS
PCSX2 v1.7.5724
GPU: M1 CHip
CPU: dont know
Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

it didint create one when i downloaded pcsx2
tools->open data directory
from there, you should see a "logs" folder
then in pcsx2,
tools->enable file logging
then try to run your disc, make the problem happen.
once it happens, close pcsx2
you should now see an "emulog.txt" in the forementioned "logs" folder
post that file here

i did it and here
ok. that emulog is empty.
unless you re-opened pcsx2 after making it crash, i don't see why it's empty.
Sorry, i'm not a mac user and can't help much more that this
