all is in the title, i hope their a solution to this ?
I had up , since this update it has created a PCSX2 folder un documents.

onedrive moment/windows permission issue
create a portable.ini file next to pcsx2.exe, that should work

Ho... i guess their no ways to resolve such permission issue ? windows moments indeed then.
Done portable.ini, it work, is it save to delete the double install in documents naw ?

what does the portable.ini add to it ?

portable.ini file will make your pcsx2 portable.
means everything will be stored in pcsx2 folder instead of having user files in documents/pcsx2
