I do not think we have a calculation error on pcsx2's side for something essential as the z-buffer.
There's virtually no game with these issues in GSdx for example.
I think this one has been fixed in r188 by Zedlitz as well as a ton of other z-buffer issues
How can I make this plugin run faster? I tried several ways but do not success.

Rewrite it? Or at least find trivial bugs we missed.

Nah, it's not you bug, it's videoarcitecture of PC issue. 32 bit depth -> 24 bit depth conversion algorithms are pretty inacurate.
