So im playing FFXII right now and my FPS are good 45-60 no problem with that but its still running in slowmotion sometimes ? I think i already know the answer but can anyone confirm that it really is my CPU ? That way i know if i should keep trying to optimize the gameplay as ive been busy with it a good day already but i cant get it to work smoothly (its not a real problem i can play the game fine but if i can fix it it would be great though)

Im using the latest beta 1190, GSdx 1279(DX10 windowed and only texture filtering), P.E.Op.S. SPU2 1.9.0, EU bios v01.60
All speedhacks enabled and VU Cycle stealing on moderate

FF12 is GPU-limited, the cpu is fine, same speed as mine just about and I get 40-50 fps on average with no hacks on

It may be GPU limited, but with 2000mhz turion it's CPU limited as well.

Untick texture filtering for your weak gpu and use native res or use saiki suggestion. One more option you can try is vuskip in option mixed with vucycle stealing so try with pcsx2 r.1059.

I'm using a 200mhz fsb EE2200, it's JUST the gpu

And? You're playing at full speed?

darn close to it. probably 45-55fps

If it's GPU only then at least in some places where you have less than 75% GSDX load it should be full speed.
