I have this annoying problem. i have my FFX Cd on my computer (It's actually a bit damaged, but my computer detects all the files on it although my PS2 won't) and I would use the Gigaherz Cd-DVD plugin for my FFX. I would click Run CD/DVD and shortly after that, it would keep saying isoReadBlock. I have NO Idea whats the problem. I have a good Bios. My computer is up to date. Ohh if it helps, it says that rom2 and erom are missing. Anyways, can some1 help me PLEASE
can you make the iso of the cd?
if not then its damaged
that "isoReadBlock" means that it's reading from the disc, so i don't see any problem in that
(and the rom2 and erom stuff aren't really necessary

If you are mounting an iso then running it from gigaherz cdvd do this:
Unmount the iso
Run it directly by selecting it with linuz iso plugin

Okay New problem.. It works fine. but then, the screen would be black. Nothing would happen. Couple mins later, it says that PCSX2 has to close.
Don't exaclty know why.
I copied the emulog.txt if it helps

Now it works fine, but it doesn't detect a game
does it work ujsing gigaherz CD/DVD and your original disc ?
Make iso using Imgburn and selecting RAW data if it not works... then You've got original so You've got the right to own legal copy. Just download same version [EU/American] from the internet.
