Hey guys i've got strange problem which is holding me up to play through many games. I'm using the latest pcsx2 with lilypad 0.9.9. I have an Xbox360like controller for PC but i can't fully configure it. Its like there aren't enough "slots" for all buttons/controlsticks. But in games like god of war 2, my right stick is nessecary to beat this giant. It's not like i can't set some buttons, its more like other getting overwritten by the new entry.

you should try SSXPAD and see if that behaves for you. I know RT and LT are an axsis though, you may encounter problems with them
