I can get over 60 fps during cutscenese but when it comes to the actually playing i get only 3 fps. Is there anyway to fix this?

pc specs, pcsx2 and Gsdx version?

processor : Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.0 Ghz
memory: 4 gigs of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 9200M GS

pcsx2 version is 0.9.6 and gsdx version is 1.0.1.9

Try to find the latest GSdx beta and use that. It has fixes for this game under dx9 mode, which i'm sure you use.
(But you still forgot to mention it )

Oh, and don't expect miracles please. Your pc is still too slow to play this game nicely.
Expect around 30fps at best..

I actually have DX10 but ill try it out
