, but why are you using Gsdx9 0.11.14 if that plugin version is very old, the latest one is "Gsdx(notice no "9") 0.1.14"
I tried bêta and 0.9.1 too.
I'm running on Xp pro
well im runing whit zerogs last plugin
since it gave me nice fps and compat, but thas was a bug since that dont happen on other game for now

You are not supposed to open the elf file like that (not to mention this is not a valid elf filename). Read the configuration guide and configure your CDVD plugin accordingly.
