well i took the bios from my brother's ps2 (im home from university) after following a most lengthy guide.

either way ive sorted the problem, i managed to recreate the structure of the disc and make an iso out of the combined files.

thanks for the help anyway, i shall take into account the other stuff that was said here aswell ;D
