A BSOD can be related to anything. The best way to find out why one happened is to write down the driver and/or the error code written on the screen, and then use Google to find an explanation. There isn't really anything we can help you with.

I think i just did the config bad
1. Get the latest beta of PCSX2.
2. Get the latest revision of GSdx.
3. Use Dx10 Hardware in GSdx and Native Resolution.
4. Enable all speed hacks, setting VU Cycle Stealing to slight or moderate.
5. Try the game and notice any increase/decrease in speed.

I still get 15-20 fps Sad
do you think i configured it bad?
or is my PC bad
i don't know if this is one of those rare games that need good gpu but if it is GF8200 won't cut it.
Did you activate speedhacks? Also, try to lower the resolution (something like 384x384) and see if you get better framerates. If you do, then you're probably GPU-limited. You won't get really good framerates unless you get a faster CPU though.
It ran Kingdom Hearts 1 perfect but i need a controller for that game
