How can I put gameshark codes in the patches?

For example, I found the below code from a webpage:

How to get this code worked on PCSX2?

Does many action replay or gamesharks codes need to be translated or decrypted so that they can be used in the patches?

Anyone can help me?

You can use an Elf file of the DVD/CD of the cheats and load your dvd of the game and the cheats works =). search in google CodeDecrypter.
