hi i have a question -maybe i dont understand it but - im playing for example resident evil 4 pal the emulator shows that the game is running at 50 fps the movies run smoothly yet when im walking -im walking without skipping but really really slow im sure the game isnt suppose to be this slow=and again the emulator shows a constant 50 fps
it happens to me also in other games like suikoden 5 -it shows full speed but sometimes there are scenes where im walking slower than in other scenes yet the fps looks fine and copu isnt at 99 percent it doesnt pass 50

i have in a laptop intel core 2 duo p8600 2.4
radeon 3650
4 gb ram
im using the latest beta and all the speed hacks

try it without speed hacks

Try to lower the VU Cycle Stealing hack. I ALWAYS get some horrible slowdowns if the VU Cycle Stealing is above "Slight Speedup for 3D Geometry, ....".
