Some time ago plugins like zzogl;ZeroGS-OGL worked on my PC.
But now PCSX2 writes that:

Plugin load failure: plugins\ZZogl-r166.

What's wrong anyway?

you probably dont have the nvidia cg toolkit installed

And what about ATI? I had nvidia some time ago, but i've changed it to ATI

i belive (but i might be mistaken) that you need to have that toolkit installed no mather what card you use
