Ok so i've been sitting like hours to figure this out , even formatted my computer back to factory settings.

My problem is that when i start the pcsx2 v. 0.9.6 i get a message that says update my direct x
but i cant update it it just comes an error. (i have vista)

and when i run your pcsx2 v 0.9.4
the game is like lagging big time cant even hear or see anything.

do anyone have an answer ??

when i download and run that file a error comes up :

An internal system error occured
Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder
to determine problem



That's what comes up when trying to install direct x

so thats what i wonder if anyone might know what's wrong

1 - It's not related to pcsx2
2 - edit dxerror.log to know what's wrong.

virus infection probably?

...did you read the DXError.log and DirectX.log files like it says?
