If you've got a mouse with 4+ buttons I would assign the shape buttons to your mouse's buttons. The Left analog to esdf, R1 and R2 to 'r' and 't' respectively, L1 and L2 to 'w' and 'q' respectively, and the arrows to your arrow keys. If the game you play uses right analog heavily, I suppose, you could select another 4 buttons to devote to Right analog, however I like to assign mouse movement to the Right analog, making camera movement in games such as Kingdom Hearts 2 go very smooth.
