Yoo!! I wanted to ask if i will be able to have at least 80% fps with my pc confg, at the games: suikoden 4, suikoden 5 or FFX.

Here is my confg: Athlon 3500+ 64 bit, 1gb ram, 2x Nvidia GeForce 7300gt SLI

most probably not, but there's only one way to find out for sure

Quite unlikely without at least having a dual core. You may be able to pull of 80% with a 2d game, but I wouldn't hope for too much more than that.

FFX might work most of the time with speedhacks, the other 2 not.
