hey i set up the configuration for the pcsx2, but i dont know how to make a bios or iso.

As for making an ISO, just put a PS2 game into your CD drive and decrypt it using a program like DVD Decrypter.

DVD Decrypter was shut down for legal purposes, it's successor is ImgBurn.
