please anyone help me,when i play metal slug antology the metal slug 1,2,x,3,4,5 is perfectly fine but when i play metal slug 6 all goes black screen, already try change several setting but no luck & my disc image is clean image with no error when making it

please anyone know how to pass those black screen maybe its like mana khamia problem when go off campus or movie problem

What exactly are you doing before it goes black?

Mine works fine but it is PAL, you sure it's not the ISO? tried running it from the disc? Does the pcsx2 console window show any error when it happens? Tried it with the latest beta?

from start ,only select (press x) metal slug 6 games (the other metal slug works fine)

yes i already try direct from the disc with same issue
in the console window doesn't show any error script from start until those black screen


yes its already latest beta, maybe there is sort of patches solve this????

uhm, try running it with a GSdx (software) renderer, or just try changing plugins around

show us your pcsx2 settings maybe there's something wrong there.

try software mode ,still no luck (also dx9 mode) i dont think its graphic related problem

Yeah, same problem here. All the other metal slugs work but I get a black screen when selecting metal slug 6. Tried all different settings and was unable to get it any further.

Same Problem, Metal Slug Anthology NTSC [SLUS_21550] [CRC=f5625d83]

Metal Slug 6 running it with Pcsx2 r1888 (also tried on pcsx2 0.9.6)
tried using gsdx r1650, r1873, and r2190 with no succes, tried software and hardware modes and with internal resolution to default :/

as for emulator settings tried default and with some different clamping modes still nothing.

Also noticed some warnings while playing mSlug 4 see attachment. (These warnings as far i could see did not impact on the emulation because it plays just fine).

Did you try changing the Sound plugin to ZeroSPU2/P.E.Op.S for Metal Slug 6?
