yes, but not sure, enable speed hacks, and advanced all to first, i think it will do fine
but i think your graphic card is weak.i don`t know if you have the game give it a try.

don't expect fair speed due to built-in GPU
it wont work full speed, i think bout 80% and massive slowdowns on places like mihen highroad
well configurated it can give you a nice speed, in some parts full fps, however expect slowdowns Dx

Well, any emulator is more CPU-dependant than anything else. For example, my P4 3.2Ghz with a 9800GTX+ 512Mb couldn't handle a plain, 2D Nintendo-DS emulator, let alone PCSX2 at full speed... sound was choppy and the speed was really unplayable. I could play Devil May Cry 4 maxed out at 1280x1024, so being able to play a game at full speed doesn't mean an emulator would work the same.
I upgraded to a Core2Duo E7500 2.97 Ghz, and I can say it's awesome. Prototype works awesome maxed out, but PCSX2 struggles a bit sometimes... heh. It isn't too bad though, I've been able to play it -a lot-, so yeah, just to give you a reference tip
