Been playing KH2..

I could run the game at 60fps
most of the time but it slows
down to 54 fps and sometimes
for as low as 46fps when battling
with 3 enemies or more, especially
at wide maps with 80% pc usage..

Is there any way I can maximize the
pc usage??

Will adding additional memory would help?

Or are there any other ways
I can improve the performance
of this emulation??

PC Specs:

First, this does not belong in the Off-topic section. Moving.

Second, the CPU usage you see is actually the usage of your graphics card ( most simple way to explain it, trust me). If you open task manager of windows you'll see that your CPU is used to almost 100%. You should always use Pixel Shader 3 with GSdx. Get the latest GSdx to get some speed boosts: http://forums.pcsx2.net/thread-3031.html (be sure to get the required redist from this link too)
It sounds like your graphics card is slowing you down, so this should help.
