I have some problems understanding things, i have the full emulator with the full bios, and i guess it should work, i adjusted the CDVD or how it's called to Read iso's, and when i tried to run Gta vice city stories.iso it told me error loading and error with plugins... any suggestions? am i doing something wrong?

I think you need to update your DirectX. Update your DirectX at that site.

pc specs, plugins config, screenshots, etc... ?
