Both would do it, but only frame limiter off(f4) is saved between sessions.

hehehe..the framerate went back after i restarted my system..lol didn't think that would do it..oh and the framerate in Persona 4 went back to normal like when i first played it..i used the gsdx10 hardware mode and it solved the issue..dunno exactly why though but it solved the problem.. ^_^
