pcsx2-r5350.exe has stopped working - windows 8

Use iso, all setting default.....use direct sound .........but i dont think it is an sound card issue......

first off, if you don't have any clue, try refraining from posting.

2nd, "XAudio2_7.dll_unloaded" is called by SPU2-X, thus a SOUND issue

My pcsx2-r5350.exe also likes to stop working. For some weird reason when I start up any game with the cheats enabled it says: "pcsx2-r5359.exe has stopped working". Not only that but for some strange reason the number of frames per second also like to fluxuate.

This is what my log says before I run any ISO is:
