periodic crash with 0.9.6 on Win7 w/ quad

Don't use states, try loading from a memcard that is probably the cause of your crashes.
Also disable wait vsync in GSdx. Rest settings seem fine

But I'm using the save states because it crashes before I can get to save points. :-/ basically, whether I use save states or not doesn't affect it crashing.
