if my CPU doesn't need to upgrade for a while, can U tell me what plugin to use to make the emulator goes faster n better and where i can find it? ah, and don't forget the bios too. because while i trying another bios, the emulator was going to crash.

1 - all the plugins are provided with pcsx2 0.9.6. You can try latest beta (need to compile it yourself), maybe it could improve fps)
2 - You have to dump your bios from your own ps2

did windowed mode and full screen mode have some difference speed? because i was trying with windowed mode. what plugin is the best do you think?

fuls screen is usually faster.
most of the time, gsdx will give better performances than ZeroGs.
