I was wondering how i missed that thread.

I think foldermemorycard was not mentioned so far. Update of devinas widescreen hacks. Dev9 fixes. Hotkey fixes. Pcsx2 by defaults selects your better gpu now as default.

Not directly codebase but the move to githib and the introduction of the bug squad team. Both seem to increase productivity. The increasing number of coders.

What about the move to vs2015? I think it should be mentioned as it directly affect the user.

If it will be vs2015 based in the final build, make sure to mention that both vs2015 and Win7 SP1 are required, or we'll have a tsunami of noobs asking about it. Heck, we will get a flood of noobs either way, hopefully that will reduce it at least.
