Tiny freezes

I actually experienced these small freezes playing .hack recently... not sure if me ahving it at 6x native rez had anything to do with it or not lol.. Been contemplating turning off my swap file anyways.. we'll see what she does

Damnit, now I'm confused. Again playing just with swapfile disabled, I had the freezes again. Might just be putting the rom file on C: that made the difference; or both together. I'm just gonna leave it like that now because it works fine and I'm having fun ^_^

EDIT: I can now definately say it's the HDD. Freezes don't happen on the SSD (also didn't happen on my other HDD; I guess these external HDDs are not made for fast access (although I don't let it go into energy safe mode).
