macOS 10.13.4 displays warnings as part of 32-bit phase out plan

macOS 10.13.4 displays a warning similar to this when opening a 32-bit app. It is possible that Apple may drop support for 32-bit apps, and Wineskin and other similar apps will stop working.

Wine has support for 64-bit, so when (if ever) PCSX2 gets 64-bit compatibility, we can stop worrying about this.
