Get a GTX275 or something. I mean, an i7 and a 3650.... What a bottleneck.

I don't know why all people say that Ati 3650 is an issue when I got better fps in Ati 3650 than my old Geforce 8400gs. Here is some proof

Notice the one screen shot you've posted where it's dropped to 43 FPS. A different card wouldn't have this issue. You also aren't really stressing the card by only setting 1024x1024 resolution. Start boosting the internal res higher to get the game to look even sharper and I can pretty much guarantee you will start seeing a lot more FPS drops. If you aren't using speed hacks, that is.

FFXII in native with my hd2600 in begining of the game only drops to 55fps with GSdx r1194, if i am not mistaken 3650 must be much better than mine so i don't see the problem of being ati.

Only relevant performance difference between 2600 and 3650 is a slightly faster RAMDAC (+100mhz), as far as I could tell, and even that depends on the manufacturer. Apparently it's possible to have an HD2600 XT with DDR4 ram clocked at 1.1ghz, which gives it about 5-10% better performance over the best HD 3650's I could find.

Just goes to show you can't measure performance by the big bold number on the front of the box. For that matter:

This means very little, honestly. The Nvidia 8400gs was a budget/marketing ploy card that had terrible real-world performance. Any of Nvidia's older 7600/7800 models were superior to it.
