Can someone convert this to NTSC version SLUS_211.11 for scarface. It seems the 60fps patch for NTSC is incomplete.

and it wouldn’t hurt to convert to the PAL version of SLES-54184 (since the original SLES-54182) I definitely checked... the patch for the SLES-54184 version does not work
