Soul calibur 3 , Final Fantasy X-2 , and Final Fantasy 12 ?
Also can i run them in pcsx2 smoothly? system specs in signature

You should be able to run them no problem. But you should check the screenshots/videos sticky thread to compare your specs and results to make sure.

Final Fantasy X-2 will run perfectly except for the videos, the vids won't work right unless you reduce the res or something.
Final Fantasy 12, runs perfect, ive played it through with no problems or slowdowns.
Soul Calibur 3, well there's a few little graphical fuckups (like certain hair styles stretching through their face) and it runs at around 45fps no matter what but other than that, it's stable and i've completed a few character stories in it.
Specs: Q9550 @ 3.4Ghz, 4GB 800Mhz RAM, Radeon HD4890, Windows 7 Ultimate x64

well thats the thing... i can't run pcsx2 in ANY resolution other than window resolution when i set it too any other res it doesn't start and it freezes

You've probably heard it before but are your drivers up to date? And are you using the latest version of PCSX2? (0.9.6) Keeping up to date graphics drivers is essential especially for a dual-card.
You could also try deleting all of the config files in the "inis" folder then reconfiguring everything, sometimes those config files get messed up.
