nope.
you can use only the copy you own, dump an iso from it, play fresbee with it or whatsoever.
But downloading someone else's copy is piracy

I wonder why it's so common that people think their iso's are broken.
It's 10 times more likely that the emulator configuration is wrong
than that the iso creation went bad (without even giving an error message!).
Anyway, my guess is that you had the iso mounted with deamon tools while trying to use linuz cdvd.
It doesn't like that and errors out.

try to disable speedhacks, first.
try gsdx software mode too

Use latest beta provided from the link, use the default setting in "advanced" and turn on "only" the tri-ace game fix. You should be able to start the game.
