Is my PC compatible enough for running this emu?

Well, you probably will be able to run the program but that doesn't necessarily mean that you will be able to run games @ full speed.

Judging from your PC you probably won;t be able to run fast enough most of the games. But, hey, what don't you just download it yourself, and see for yourself?

most games would probably run too-slow to be 'fun' and 'enjoyable'

Try it, but if it doesn't work, at least try replacing your VGA card for a 7600GT. I think they're still available in AGP 8x mode and maybe, just maybe, that card will increase the emu speed.
