Crashing after trying to run CD.

Ah man.

When I try to run with the .ISO file, the same exact message comes up.

What PCSX2 version are you using? Latest recommended release is 0.9.7.

I'm running 0.9.6.

I couldn't get that version going. It had different options on the top bar, and I didn't get it. Also, the guide I found used version 0.9.6. and it made the most sense to me, so that's the one I got.

I mean, shouldn't the game at least run with this version though?
I can maybe get the latest version going, but it just confused me because the options were different than the guide, and I didn't know what stuff meant.

Sorry if I sound kind of stupid and clueless, but PSX emulating seems a lot easier than this. :/

Huh. I'll try and search for the "tri-ace" fix.

I'll give Dark Cloud a try or something. That should work on this version right?

Actually I was mostly mentioning it because the installer we made for it also installs everything you're prolly missing Wink

I guess I don't have much to lose.

But I don't understand the interface.

I'll give it a shot and hope for the best I suppose.

I tried creating an image with Alchohal 52%, but that was like .mdf I believe.

I'll do some more googling.

Although I'd REALLY like to be able to run off the disk.

PCSX2 supports MDF.
